Your tasks

Deep Dive into Manufacturing: In management workshops and on-site visits to manufacturing facilities around the globe, you assess the individual challenges and objectives to develop tailored Industry 4.0 strategies for our customers
Co-develop transformation programs: You build step-by-step digitalization roadmaps, shape initiatives and manage projects together with our customers
Be creative & innovative: You apply creative problem-solving, data-driven analysis, and focused research to design and implement forward-thinking solutions
Bring ideas to life: You contribute to the evolution of our company, and play a direct role in shaping the future of digital transformation.
Become an expert: You expand your knowledge continuously and develop into an expert in your interest areas to grow in your role and support your teammates

Your profile

You are a graduate in mechanical or industrial engineering, (business) informatics or similar
You have initial practical experience in the manufacturing industry (e.g. lean, process optimisation, digitalisation).
You enjoy developing innovative solutions to complex problems
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
You are willing to travel on business (approx. 40% of your time)
