Your career opportunities with us

  • Young professionals with bachelor’s degree

    As a bachelor’s graduate, you will join us as an analyst and will be integrated into our consulting teams from day one. You will take on individual project tasks, such as conducting interviews with customers, preparing presentations, building and maintaining models.

  • Young professionals with master’s degree

    As a graduate with a master’s degree, you start with us as a consultant. You will work closely with our clients to understand their problems and develop solution strategies together with an experienced colleague to meet their objectives. After a few months, you will independently manage sub-projects. You will be responsible for presenting the results and building up specialist knowledge.

  • You have about 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position

    As a senior consultant, you will accompany a designated project – from planning to implementation. You are responsible for achieving your project goals. The acquisition and maintenance of customer relationships also falls within your area of responsibility.

  • You have about 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position

    As a manager you have the main responsibility for several projects at the same time. You are also responsible for the communication with your clients. You are not only the client’s first point of contact, but you also structure the entire project and are responsible for achieving the goals as well as the budget for implementing your proposed solutions. You lead a project team consisting of consulting colleagues and the involved employees on the customer side.

  • You have more than 6 years of professional experience in a comparable position

    As senior manager you have already proven yourself in larger and critical projects. Not only do you master all important methods and strategies, but you also have extensive knowledge of the industry. As a senior manager, you build customer relationships and invest more time in new customer acquisition and cross selling. In addition to project responsibility, you will also take on leadership responsibility for your team and the development of your employees. You lead younger and less experienced colleagues.

  • You are a partner in the company and play a decisive role in shaping its future. The partners determine the culture and strategic direction of the company. They are thought leaders who bring extensive experience to our customers and stimulate innovation throughout the company. You look after a solid customer base and lead the consultants and managers under you. You make new contacts, acquire new customers and ensure positive business development.
