Four use cases were selected for a start of the digital transformation that bring high added value globally. These must be rolled out efficiently and adapted to local requirements.

• Requirements for the four use cases were developed in the form of user stories and coordinated with global SMEs

• The final user stories were compared with the existing processes in the plants and the local development needs were derived

• Detailed requirements in the form of user stories that enable a global roll-out of the use cases.
